Instance creation

At the bottom right, information about how the instance was created is presented. For a managed type, the allocation call stack is presented. For an unmanaged resource, two pages are used to present information about the instance creation. The Call stack page presents the call stack, and the Function page presents information about the arguments that were used when calling the creation function.
